And probably adding some excitement to what should be a boring one-sided affair, Wade Phillips returns to Buffalo looking to kick some ass.
Yep, current Dallas Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips is finally making his return to Buffalo after almost seven years since leaving his ex-employer. Coach Phillips have the Cowboys going on a perfect 4-0 mark this 2007-08 NFL football season and you just know he’ll be looking to pound on his former team when his powerhouse Cowboys meet the Bills on Monday Night Football.
It won’t be pretty for the Buffalo Bills too. Hell, these guys are having all sorts of problems this season. Because of key injuries to the team, they had no choice but to feed a rookie backfield to the rest of the league.
Rookie quarterback Trent Edwards and rookie running back Marshawn Lynch each had their own time to shine, and when you talk about them Bills, ‘’shining” on a football field doesn’t come by often. But the fact of the matter is, the injuries to the team is definitely a huge problem, add that to what has been a dismal 1-3 start to the season and you’ve got yourselves an already lost year.
